Your Local Expert

There are only four Licensed Insolvency Trustee firms with head offices in London, most trustees have client offices in London but administer the files remotely from other locations. The advantage of dealing with a local firm is that you can drop in any time.

We also service Woodstock, Sarnia and Chatham with satellite offices making us easier to contact.

Virtual Services

Effective January 1, 2022 Licensed Insolvency Trustees will be permitted to use virtual platfors such as Zoom to witness clients signing and attesting to documents.  Licensed Insolvency Trustees are licensed by the Federal Government but have been restricted to taking on files in the province in whcih their head office is located.  Locke Consulting Inc. was Licensed in Ontario in 2012 and following the new Directive will be accepting appointments across the Province.
