We have been continuing to receive enquiries about the status of the Supreme Court Decision.
While our office generally shares the view expressed by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy in this matter we must await the release of the decision of the Supreme Court to see how they will rule. Subsequently we are unable to provide assistance beyond status updates.
As at this writing the last update on the Supreme Court’s website indicates that a transcirption of the case was received on the 29th of January 2015.
We have subscribed to daily updates from the SCC and will provide the results of the decision as soon as it becomes known – stay tuned.
