As Licensed Insolvency Trustees we are different from collectors or credit counsellors, we don’t work for your creditors. We are a neutral party, and we are required to be honest and truthful in our dealings with you and your creditors. Collectors and credit counsellors get commissions from the creditors they work for, we don’t. All consultations are confidential, and we will not share your information with any other company or agency, including the government. Should you file an insolvency proceeding certain information must be shared to enable you to obtain debt relief.
We can provide some information by phone, and in special circumstances can complete a full assessment of your situation in one phone call. We are happy to meet clients in our office, or in another location. We also use Zoom to meet with people remotely and to help us to remotely witness documents being signed.
