ARE GROCERIES GETTING TOO EXPENSIVE FOR YOU?

Still think minimum wage is too high?

Prices at the grocery stores have been steadily increasing for a very long time, some apples are at five bucks a pound. They used be fives bucks for ten pounds – not that long ago.

More and more, people are using credit cards to purchase groceries – not for the reward points but because they are broke!

Unemployment numbers are down again – because EI has run out for many laid off workers – not because there are more jobs.

Income inequity is behind many of our financial problems, but wild-west bank lending schemes are the real culprits.
